  • WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT TAHADO APP?
    Tahado give you the chance to send cash gifts to your beloved ones with one click and letting them choose their personalized and needed gift, what is different about Tahado that gift receiver can redeem his gift with fixing his car, pay his bills, get his grocery, or even get a very personal gift like optics, not only that but a lot more.
  • HOW TO SIGN-UP?
    Tahado set up a variety of option to make our customers life easier, as you can sign up by Facebook account, Google account, Apple ID, Email or Mobile number.
  • WHAT TYPE OF VERIFICATION TAHADO OFFERS IN SIGNING-UP?
    Tahado will ask you to verify two things: 1- Mobile number: by sending an SMS includes an OTP to be used as a verification method for your Tahado account. 2- Email address: an email address with a hyper link will be sent to your personal email associated to your Tahado account to be verified.
  • HOW CAN I SEND A CASH GIFT?
    After signing-in, choose Tahado icon to send a gift, first step is to write your receiver number or choose it from your contacts by allowing Tahado to use your contacts, after that you will start customizing his card by adding your personal words, attaching a video or audio to it, finally you will choose gift amount, pay it – NOW your beloved ones will receive your card and cash gift on spot.
  • WHAT IS TAHADO MERCHANTS’ NETWORK (SHOP)?
    Tahado merchants’ network – is where you can check brands and location to redeem you cash gift at, it’s also where you can filter and choose which and where you can get your desired gift by your self-choosing the nearest branch for your desired brand or venue to redeem your gift, soon our users will be able to redeem online in case of merchant integrated with Tahado on there online platforms
  • WHAT IS TAHADO CASHBACK?
    Tahado created a cashback program to motivate Tahado users to send cash gifts to their beloved ones, 2% cashback on every sending transaction done through the sending wallet or on direct send, even when you transfer from your sending wallet to your personal gift wallet you will get 2% cash back in your sending wallet.
  • WHAT ARE SENDING & GIFT WALLET TERMS & CONDITIONS?
    Tahado created both wallets, one to recharge and send from - cash gifts to your beloved ones (Sending Wallet), and the other is to receive on it all cash gifts from your beloved ones (Gift Wallet): - Both wallets don’t have a maximum amounts to be filled with, yet minimum of 200 EGP to send a gift. - Both doesn’t have any expiration date for cash included. - Tahado created an option where you can transfer from your sending wallet to your gift wallet with one simple press.
  • HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT?
    Cash gifts can easily be redeemed at any merchant listed on Tahado’s merchants’ network, by visiting your nearest branch selecting your preferred item – paying with Tahado gift wallet by scanning brand branch Qr Code, entering gift amount to confirm that it will be deducted from your gift wallet and transferred to Merchant account. That’s Easy!!!!
  • CAN I TRANSFER FROM MY SENDING WALLET TO MY GIFT WALLET?
    Sure, we have created a special box that will allow you with one click to transfer from your sending wallet to your gift wallet.
  • ARE THERE ANY LIMITS FOR SENDING A GIFT?
    Yes, the minimum amount for sending a gift is 200 EGP per transaction.
  • WHAT IS THE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?
    Tahado refund & return policy is subjected to each brand refund and return policy. You can change your product by visiting the store even if you would like to change from another branch of same brand that could be easily done too yet pare in mind that return, refund & changing policy of each brand will be subject to brand policy – also no cash refund can be applied at any time, refund will always be back again to your gift wallet.
  • CAN I USE TAHADO APP TO SEND A GIFT OUTSIDE EGYPT?
    We’re working on that; it will be available soon as this stems from our interest in the participation of our customers outside Egypt.
  • WHAT IF TAHADO APP DOESN'T HAVE THE STORE I WANT?
    We always welcome new suggestions by our valued customers. Please feel free to send us your preference on our App through the 'Contact Us' or send us an email on customer.service@tahado.net
  • HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?
    Please feel free to file any complaints that you might have through 'Feedback' button or send us an email on customer.service@tahado.net, also through the feedback tab you can send a suggestion, an inquiry, send us an app feedback or Merchant feedback, we will be grateful for any of the above.
  • HOW TO BE PART OF TAHADO MERCHANT LIST?
    Interested in joining Tahado’s community of partners, we want to hear from you!
